Visual inspection operator — Uruan

Immediate opening: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Uruan, Akwa Ibom State. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. On a typical shift you will check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts. Ideal candidate: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping 6+ years on the tools preferred.
