UPVC welding machine operator — Greene County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Greene County, Georgia. You will be based at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. The role involves fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it. What we are looking for: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
