Paint booth operator — Baker County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Baker County, Georgia. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits.
