Day-to-day duties: • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights You should have: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) 5+ years on the tools preferred.
