Head baker — Ilorin West

Join our team: we are hiring a head baker in Ilorin West, Kwara State. You will be based in a bread factory. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate On the job you will handle: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Pay around ₦205,000 per month, based on your experience.
