Production machine operator — Putnam County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a production machine operator in Putnam County, Missouri. You will work in a textile mill. You should have: • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage The role involves monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
