Butcher — Itawamba County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a butcher in Itawamba County, Mississippi. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. On a typical shift you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
