Powder spray gun operator — Box Butte County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Box Butte County, Nebraska. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. You will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Full-time, day shift.
