We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Shinkafi, Zamfara State. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Score the top of loaves before baking • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch 6+ years on the tools preferred.
