Structural MIG welder — Washington County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Washington County, Rhode Island. What we are looking for: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Willing to work shifts and overtime You will grind back and re-weld any defective runs; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
