The role involves run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
