Immediate opening: banquet server (Colorado)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a banquet server in Dolores County, Colorado. You will work in a café. The role involves take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
