Pipe fitter — Stephenson County

Join our team: we are hiring a pipe fitter in Stephenson County, Illinois. You will work at a busy plumbing and sanitary firm. Day-to-day duties: • Install and repair water supply lines using PPR, CPVC and GI fittings • Trace and clear blockages in drains, traps and gully pits • Make connections to the mains water and sewer lines • Read plumbing layouts and mark pipe routes on site • Detect and fix leaks at joints and concealed pipework • Install wash basins, sinks, WCs and flush cisterns Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting, bending and crawling • Willing to attend emergency call-outs • ITI certificate in plumbing or fitter trade where applicable At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
