Great opportunity: we are hiring a pot washer in Big Stone County, Minnesota. You will work at a cloud kitchen. On a typical shift you will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff 4+ years on the tools preferred.
