Immediate opening: warehouse forklift operator (Illinois)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a warehouse forklift operator in Lawrence County, Illinois. Requirements: • Valid forklift / FLT licence for counterbalance and reach trucks • Willing to work shifts, nights and weekends • Good awareness of load stability and health and safety Your main tasks: • Carry out pre-shift checks on the forks, tyres, mast and hydraulics • Operate counterbalance and reach trucks within the marked aisles • Transport raw materials and finished goods between bays • Log damaged pallets, leaks and faults in the defect book • Position the forks square and tilt the mast to secure the load • Assist with stock takes and cycle counting Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $180 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
