Bread baker — Arlington County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Arlington County, Virginia. On a typical shift you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; score the top of loaves before baking; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough.
