Great opportunity: we are hiring a power press operator in Woodford County, Kentucky. The job is in a sheet metal stamping unit. On the job you will handle: • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways What we are looking for: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout 2+ years on the tools preferred.
