Die-casting operator wanted in Makoda

Now hiring: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Makoda, Kano State. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Basic grinding and fettling skills On the job you will handle: • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
