We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Tattnall County, Georgia. You will be based in a bread factory. The role involves laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; score the top of loaves before baking; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
