Garment machinist — LaMoure County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a garment machinist in LaMoure County, North Dakota. You will inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension. Ideal candidate: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
