Powder coating sprayer — Boyd County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Boyd County, Kentucky. Day to day you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Full-time, day shift.
