Join our team: we are hiring a fry cook in Pulaski County, Indiana. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Full-time with occasional weekends.
