Sausage maker wanted in Karim Lamido

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sausage maker in Karim Lamido, Taraba State. The job is at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. On a typical shift you will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
