The role involves season and marinate meat on request; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
