Great opportunity: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Lyon County, Minnesota. You will be based in a catering unit. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates On a typical shift you will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
