Crane operator — Guma

We are recruiting: we are hiring a crane operator in Guma, Benue State. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports Requirements: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
