Tile roofer wanted in Orange County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tile roofer in Orange County, Texas. You will be based at a roofing and cladding contractor. Your main tasks: • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar You should have: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems $200 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
