Tile mason wanted in Fayette County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tile mason in Fayette County, Illinois. The job is in a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment. Day to day you will cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter; check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away; level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system; fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even; lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level; set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line. You should have: • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts 2+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
