Blocklayer • Chattooga County, Georgia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a blocklayer in Chattooga County, Georgia. You will be based at a groundworks and structures site. Your main tasks: • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays You should have: • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
