Falsework carpenter — Dare County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Dare County, North Carolina. You will be based at an infrastructure construction site. On a typical shift you will fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters. Ideal candidate: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Able to read formwork and structural drawings At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
