Immediate opening: head baker (Osun State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head baker in Ede North, Osun State. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. Your main tasks: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Six days a week, one day off.
