Paint booth operator • Marathon County, Wisconsin

Join our team: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Marathon County, Wisconsin. You will be based on an industrial coating line. Your main tasks: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Six days a week, one day off.
