Pot washer — Middlesex County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pot washer in Middlesex County, New Jersey. Day to day you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided.
