Urgent requirement: power float operator (Florida)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a power float operator in Jackson County, Florida. The job is on a road and bridge project. Requirements: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods The role involves erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
