Fine-dining server — Garfield County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Garfield County, Oklahoma. The role involves explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); clear and reset tables between covers. What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
