Toolroom milling operator wanted in Washington County

Now hiring: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Washington County, Alabama. You will work at a busy machine shop. What we are looking for: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work On a typical shift you will monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control.
