Now hiring: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Allen County, Kansas. You will be based on a window-and-door production line. On a typical shift you will glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails. What we are looking for: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) Part-time with flexible hours.
