Immediate opening: groundworker (Georgia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a groundworker in Mitchell County, Georgia. Your main tasks: • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer What we are looking for: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Physically fit and comfortable working at height Performance bonus on top of base pay.
