Safety marshal — Ware County

You will run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports. Ideal candidate: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
