Great opportunity: we are hiring a fettler in Culpeper County, Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards Your main tasks: • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant 5+ years on the tools preferred.
