In-process quality controller — Perry County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Perry County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a food processing unit. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Willing to work rotating and night shifts The role involves operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
