Oven operator — Ofu

Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Ofu, Kogi State. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. On the job you will handle: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics ₦90,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
