Meat cutter — Rockingham County

Now hiring: we are hiring a meat cutter in Rockingham County, Virginia. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate On a typical shift you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools.
