Quality control inspector — Dyer County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Dyer County, Tennessee. You will be based at a food processing unit. The role involves: • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch Requirements: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping Full-time with occasional weekends.
