Confectioner wanted in Pontotoc County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Pontotoc County, Mississippi. You will be based at a cake shop. The role involves rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; score the top of loaves before baking. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Full-time with occasional weekends.
