VMC operator wanted in Hoke County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a VMC operator in Hoke County, North Carolina. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron The role involves: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges Pay around $190 per day, based on your experience.
