Hand presser — Linn County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a hand presser in Linn County, Kansas. Day-to-day duties: • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Give each garment a final press before packing • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron What we are looking for: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
