Crane operator — Monguno

Great opportunity: we are hiring a crane operator in Monguno, Borno State. You will be based on a busy construction site. You should have: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence Day-to-day duties: • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
