Finish carpenter — Smyth County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a finish carpenter in Smyth County, Virginia. The role involves: • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles You should have: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work Overtime paid at a premium rate.
