Immediate opening: laundry presser (Imo State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a laundry presser in Orsu, Imo State. You will work at a dry cleaner's. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets On a typical shift you will keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Contact us to fix an interview.
